Why this exists
We started by solving our own mess.
J&J began with resale: sourcing inventory, photographing products, listing across marketplaces, shipping orders and dealing with all the repetitive work around it. We started making our own systems because the manual version didn't scale. That expanded into websites, automation and digital tools for other businesses.
That operating experience still shapes the rule: the system has to earn its keep.
