Use it.
Make it better.

The experiments start with our own inventory, listings and repetitive jobs. This is where we share what we’re working through.

What we’re
working through.

Systems, a physical selling space, and the public side of J&J. Open a project for the details.

01 / IN PROGRESSJandJ Operational WorkflowsLess repeated work across the resale operation.

More than one listing tool.

We’re working on the recurring jobs around real inventory: organizing photos and item details, preparing listings, reviewing uncertain information, and keeping the next step clear.

The listing workflow is one part of that work. Photos, condition, labels and model numbers go in. The item is identified once, the details are organized, and a draft comes out for human review. Missing evidence gets attention before it becomes a buyer-facing claim.

We test changes against our own operational work, then refine what still takes too long. The aim is useful workflows we can actually operate—not automation for its own sake.

02 / PHYSICAL EXPERIMENTA place for the inventory.Learning from the physical side of resale.
J&J Sells physical display with branded signage, shelving and resale products
J&J SELLS / A REAL DISPLAY

The inventory, in person.

The physical-location experiment brings the resale operation out from behind a marketplace listing. The display, product mix and everyday work become part of the experiment.

We’re learning how a physical space fits alongside online selling: what to put in front of people, how to present it clearly, and what it takes to keep it useful.

We’ll share what we learn as the experiment develops. This page is a project update, not a promise of opening hours or walk-in availability.

03 / J&J IN PUBLICJ&J Wins / Media & communitySocial posts now. Streaming and more content ahead.

Let people see the work.

J&J Wins connects the operation to the people following it. The public side is centered on social media: real inventory, sourcing questions, projects and the lessons that come from doing the work.

Our current posts and media live on Instagram, Facebook, Reddit and X. This website gives those conversations a home, with the sourcing directory, shop links and project notes in one place.

Next, we want to stream and develop a connected mix of video, posts and live conversations around the operation. Those are plans, not an announced streaming schedule.
